Execution Framework

  1. 6 sessions will be conducted over a span of 6–12 weeks, with a gap of 1–2 weeks between each module to allow participants to reflect and prepare
  2. Each session will be complemented by course materials such as pre-work, reference handouts, and reflective exercises including on-ground immersive experiences to deepen understanding of the concepts
  3. Graded assignments will follow each module to assess participants' comprehension and progress throughout the program
  4. The sessions will be facilitated by experienced experts from Interweave, ensuring engaging and insightful discussions
  5. Perspectives from the organisation’s leadership and/or external DEI experts will be integrated into the sessions. These leaders may join to share their insights and experiences with participants, subject to their availability
  6. Participants will have access to dedicated mentors from Interweave for doubt clarification and ongoing learning support throughout the program
  7. Certification will be awarded upon successful completion, based on a combination of attendance and course performance
