Radhika Vijay

Radhika Vijay brings with her over 19 years of experience in Sales and HR. She has worked with IT majors like Compuage Infocom, Component Insights, Torry Harris Business Solutions and Headstrong in the areas of compensation and benefits, recruitment and employee relations. She has been with Interweave since its inception and been closely involved in all activities at Interweave. She currently leads the E-learning solutions and POSH initiatives at Interweave while continuing her overall contributions to all other Interweave initiatives.

Radhika holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a diploma in Human Resources. Her quiet demeanour can be misleading for it holds a very mischievous spirit inside. She loves listening to music and spending time with her pet dogs in her spare time.
