Srilakshmi Ramagopal

Srilakshmi is a Director- Human Resources at Fidelity India and has been associated with this organization for over seven years.

As an HR business partner, she is responsible for the overall HR strategy including talent practices, performance management, leadership development and change management. Additionally, she has been involved in D&I programs focused on creating inclusive experiences for women and people with disabilities.

She has pursued an MBA and holds 19 years of combined experience across Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partner and Resource Management roles. She has worked in organizations such as Accenture, Hewlett Packard, prior to joining Fidelity.

Based in Bangalore, she is married to Mithun Aiyappa, a banking professional. She enjoys going to family vacations at the beaches and indulges in playing sports, such as badminton and swimming, with her 11-year-old son.
