Shruti Patel – Director

Shruti is a Director with the Talent Development (HR) function in Fidelity Investments India and has been working extensively in building a strong OD (Organizational Development) sensibility by helping business teams in change management, group dynamics and leadership, as well as establishing Coaching as a Culture pillar within the company. She has strong dialogic and sense-making skills, and is a tenacious advocate for creating and nourishing opportunities that help women tap into their potential.

She has more than 17 years of experience in the BFSI space in Learning & Leadership Development. She lives in Bangalore with her husband and eight-year-old son, and can talk about Van Gogh, Haruki Murakami and Formula1 racing in the same breath. She finds writing, reading, and walking therapeutic to her soul.
