As the Chief People Officer, Kameshwari (Kams) leads the Peoples Success function (HR) globally, at Publicis Sapient. Being a part of the company’s global leadership team, Kams partners with business leads to create strategic direction for the company’s people agenda. She joined Publicis Sapient in 2001 and has been an integral part of the company's growth into a trusted digital business transformation partner for clients. She has also made a significant contribution in creating a work environment that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as building a distinct culture that prioritizes people's mental health and happiness. She is passionate about corporate social responsibility, in addition to her day job.

Her key focus as an HR leader is to create an environment where everyone can be happy and thrive. Under her leadership the People teams work on creating the right culture to foster a sense of belonging and trust, and creating the right physical or virtual experiences, driven by data.
