Shubhashree leads the Women Leadership Development business vertical at Interweave Consulting . With ~18 years of expertise in learning and development, diversity, equity, and inclusion, talent management, and HR and OD consulting and advisory, she has worked with global firms such as Nomura, Lehman Brothers, and L&T. 
As the head of Women Leadership Development at Interweave Consulting , Shubhashree is passionately committed to empowering women to reach their full potential and become effective leaders.
Shubhashree has a PGDBA in Human Resources and is a certified brain-based coach from NeuroLeadership Institute. She is certified on a range of tools and psychometrics, including EQ-i2.0 and EQ360, Hogan Assessments, MBTI Step I and II, and Wave and Aptitude assessments. She has led and facilitated programs and interventions for over 10,000 participants and leaders across a range of industries and sectors. Throughout her career, Shubhashree has been committed to designing and delivering impactful interventions that drive lasting change.
