Smita Pany

Smita leads Workforce Strategy and Analytics for Fidelity Investments India and a part of the HR Leadership team. She designs and facilitates the creation of multi-year workforce plans, business plans, and budgets. As a part of the analytics charter, she drives automation, analysis, and insights on workforce metrics and DEI. Smita believes strategy and analytics help her connect the dots better.

An Engineering graduate, she pursued an MBA from the Cranfield School of Management in London. She worked as a Tech and HR consultant in organizations like Oracle Consulting before moving into strategy. Smita is a curious learner and likes to dabble in different roles and dimensions of work.

Smita lives in Bangalore, India, with her husband and seven-year-old daughter. She enjoys reading, Rushdie and Toni Morrison being her favorites. She also enjoys sports and baking.
