Jyoti Shailendra

Jyoti is a business unit leader at CGI’s Asia Pacific Delivery Centers of Excellence (APAC GDCoE). Her team is responsible for ensuring successful delivery of all offshore services for CGI’s communications industry clients worldwide, as well as offshore ERP-related (SAP, MS Dynamics, Oracle) services for customers across industry sectors. Additionally, her unit provides application support and delivery services for CGI’s internal applications, and is also home to CGI’s offshore Testing Center of Excellence. With 28 years of experience, supporting clients in telecommunication, manufacturing, and healthcare, prior to joining CGI, Jyoti was a Vertical Delivery Head for Industrial Manufacturing, as well as Global Delivery Head for GE at Wipro Ltd. A passionate advocate of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I), Jyoti spearheads the program for CGI’s APAC GDCoE and also actively supports and mentors women IT professionals by enabling them to take up leadership roles at the workplace.
