Here is a snapshot of the discussion question-wise..great insights from all participants and a whole lot of learning !

Q1 – Your views…The buzz around Millennials in the workforce, is it hyped or real?

They r going to be our work force in next 8-10 years so better get ready for it, real or hype is secondary

A1 Or rather we r going to have in India one of the youngest workforce and we r not prepared….

A1 It’s real.. The talent supply of future is going to come from Millenials.. Orgs need to appreciate & prepare

its not hype, millennials do belong to a different generation and we need to bridge the gap appropriately

the other generations are slowing ageing so millennials are taking over, its real see EVERYWHERE, see twitter

Eaxh generation o its own..millenials i do feel have been stereotyped

A1. There is certainly a shift in work values but behavior is determined more by economic climate.

Its real. the Millennials are brought by the tech era where they grew up with abundant opportunities unlike the baby boomers

A1 Building org towards millennial is step effort.. Make it suitable for Gen X / Y .. will tk it much closure to millennials
