At HSBC, D&I is a key focus with an objective of strengthening the women leadership pipeline. Several initiatives have been planned for the women employees on this front. Interweave has partnered with us on these initiatives for over a year. Their expertise and insights in this space have proven to be valuable to us and the workshops conducted by them have been useful.
At Schneider Electric, we run various Diversity & Inclusion initiatives. We have partnered with Interweave for various such initiatives including Women’s Development Programs. We appreciate the professionalism demonstrated by Interweave, and the proficiency of the facilitators who handled the participants. The participants do feel that the workshop helped them in gaining insights on the importance of owning their career, importance of networking, and the different perspectives and approaches to establish oneself in a multi cultural setting. Wishing interweave the very best.
I’d like to take this opportunity to thank you all for the partnership with TI. Many years back when we thought of sensitizing and training our employees on the workplace harassment on an ongoing basis, we knew exactly “what to do” but were not sure of “how to do”.
We were privileged to get connected then, and your team has helped us significantly over years. Needless to say the topic of “Prevention of Sexual Harassment” is a difficult one to train and sensitize employees and I must acknowledge that the maturity with which you all have handled has made it look easy. You also helped us get to a self-sufficient mode with online modules and we have now made this training a Mandatory training in TI India.
Thanks for being with us in making TI a great place to be in…
Yesterday all of us attended the second session on ‘Assertiveness’. Would like to mention that the workshops were very useful. They aptly helped us to recognize our strengths. It filled us with a positive momentum to charge up & move ahead in our career paths. Not forgetting to mention that the Trainer from Interweave was an excellent trainer.
We engaged with Interweave to run a program for our women employees. The program brought value to the organisation by not only giving the participants the ability to recognize what they want to do, but also sharing tools to enable them to achieve their goals. Their expertise in this space has been appreciated by the participants. The feedback from participants has been encouraging and we hope to partner with Interweave on various other such programs.
Interweave has been a supportive partner in our Women’s Development Initiatives. They have brought valuable strategic skills and facilitating techniques to the table. We have run these modules across our businesses. Interweave was able to adapt and design their tools and facilitation approach to fit the specific needs of each group. The trainers are not only warm and energetic but also insightful and knowledgeable. The groups of women have benefitted from this. We have observed women becoming more proactive and taking more responsibility for their career growth. We look forward to continuing to work with them.
Standard Chartered Bank, Bangladesh, successfully hosted a series of workshops for line managers and female employees on Gender Inclusion and Inclusive Behaviour with the support of Interweave Consulting Pvt Ltd. This was jointly sponsored by Group D&I and country MANCO.
The outcomes of the workshops have been very positive where many managers and female colleagues acknowledged the fact that the work environment could be improved so easily if we are sensitive to the differential needs of employees. This was one of the most successful programmes on gender issues hosted by the Bank in Bangladesh and Interweave has met all the objectives of the sessions.
A valuable intervention to all corporates working towards building a healthy gender balance at work.
At the outset, I was very happy with my interaction with Interweave. I found that both the facilitators that I worked with had deep subject matter expertise and were able to make the shift from theoretical constructs to practical aspects of diversity. They had hands on industry experience and hence were able to get into the skin of our issues.
